These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777ad9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ad9 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://777ad9.cam ("the Site").

777ad9 operates as an online gaming entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, and gaming information services. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

These Terms were last revised in January 2026. 777ad9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the 777ad9 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive granted by 777ad9 subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to validate a User's identity, age, and source of funds before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Platform" means the 777ad9 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible via https://777ad9.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to Users on the Platform.
• "Sports Event" means any sporting competition, match, tournament, or fixture available for wagering on the Platform, including but not limited to PSL T20, ICC cricket tournaments, Premier League football, and UFC events.

To register and maintain an account on 777ad9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction of the operator. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered by corporations, trusts, partnerships or any other legal entity are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any person employed by 777ad9 or its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have previously had an account suspended, closed, or self-excluded on the 777ad9 Platform or any affiliated platforms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

777ad9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each User may register only one (1) account on the 777ad9 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777ad9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ad9 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

777ad9 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be available depending on your jurisdiction and the current payment infrastructure. The mention of these providers does not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or confirmed transaction support by those institutions.

Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) may also be supported. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 777ad9 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Currency conversion rates for PKR and crypto equivalents are applied at the time of transaction and are subject to market fluctuation.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC may be unable to process withdrawal requests. 777ad9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are applied per transaction and per calendar month. These limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of the related balance may be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may range from a few hours to several business days.
• 777ad9 does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard practice; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the account is under review for AML, fraud, or Terms violation investigations.

777ad9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, which take precedence over general bonus provisions stated here.

General bonus conditions include the following:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a lower percentage rate or be entirely excluded.
• Maximum bet limits apply when bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while bonus funds are in use may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 777ad9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where bonuses have already been claimed in good faith, existing wagering progress will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

All games and betting markets available on the 777ad9 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing wagers.

The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activities:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation of placed bets is permitted except where explicitly provided for in specific game or market rules.
• 777ad9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, 777ad9's decision is final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.
• 777ad9 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including where activity is determined to be professional or systematic in nature.
• Results for all random number generator (RNG) games are independently certified and audited. 777ad9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ad9 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings gained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Transferring funds between user accounts or facilitating third-party gambling activity through your account.

All content on the 777ad9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 777ad9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ad9.

The 777ad9 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of 777ad9. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet disruptions, or Platform unavailability.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses caused by your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from changes to applicable laws in your jurisdiction that affect the legality of your use of the Platform.

777ad9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

777ad9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available directly within your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you are permitted to incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.

777ad9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading account information.
• Conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 777ad9 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You remain bound by these Terms in respect of any activity conducted prior to the date of closure.

777ad9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777ad9 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ad9 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies within that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, including Pakistan.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and potentially other applicable provincial legislation. 777ad9 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. Compliance with local laws is entirely the User's responsibility.
